Transparency International, the leading civil society organisation fighting corruption worldwide, will release the report Global Corruption Barometer – European Union on Tuesday, 15 June at 6:01 CEST.
The Global Corruption Barometer surveys present comprehensive sets of public opinion data on citizens’ views on corruption. In the EU edition, in addition to views on government corruption and the relationship between business and politics, respondents shared their personal experiences of bribery and the use of personal connections to access public services.
Citizens also gave their opinions on transparency during the COVID-19 pandemic, corruption levels in every EU country and reporting wrongdoing.
The upcoming report covers all 27 EU Member States.
